Sam Kang’s BB Launch Party

Monday, June 20th, 2011

My buddy Sam Kang is back from Boston and ready to launch is company Bluebook Productions! They’re throwing a party this Friday at Chop Suey Cafe in Little Tokyo. Live performances from Sam, me, Vu, and Shin-B. It’s gonna be a good time.

Some of you may remember Sam as my unintentional doppelganger. He and I both have shaved heads, are the same height, and we both love R&B. Believe it or not, people confuse us as the other one all the time. Don’t ask me how. The good news is that I’m growing my hair out so I don’t think we’ll be mistaken for each other anymore!

Kollaboration Acoustic 5 this FRIDAY!

Wednesday, June 15th, 2011

Kollaboration Acoustic 5 is this Friday! Featuring Priscilla Ahn with performances by the freshest upcoming Asian American musicians, it’s gonna be a good time. I had always dreamed of performing at a Kollaboration show so when I ended up winning at last year’s Acoustic 4 it was amazing experience. The Kollab Fam is the real deal and no one supports the movement more than them.

So come out to the show this Friday! Bring a blanket and picnic basket. I’ll be there for sure!
