Hey folks!  I’ll be playing LIVE with Macy Gray this Thursday, March 11 at 7pm/PST!  I can hardly believe it, it seems so unreal!   We’ll be streaming live on the web on U-Stream so be sure to tune in and check us out.  I’ll be singing some songs for Macy and asking her all sorts of cool questions!

This past weekend is going down as one of the most inspirational times of my life. From performing for the Lunar New Year celebrations in LA to heading down to  Luminance at UC – San Diego.

But what really kicked off the spirit was participating in 4cthepower on Saturday. 4cthepower is an org that provides awesome workshops in the performing arts for youth. My buddies afterschoolspecial and I got to give a songwriting workshop for middle/high school students. What I find amazing every time I teach is that I end up learning more valuable things about life from these awesome kids than I could ever hope to teach them. Shoutouts to DanAkaDan and afterschoolspecial, and MAJOR PROPS to the students and MamaD!

What up, UCSD! My first show of the year! I’m performing at Luminance, Sunday – February 21st at The Loft! Line up includes JR Aquino, Jenny Suk, and Legaci! The show’s gonna sell out so make sure you get your tickets NOW!

It’s almost 4am. Can’t sleep due to excitement about the tour! Flying off to Big Apple tomorrow morning today but will blog about the tour right here on my site, as well as on MTV IGGY! NEW YORK! I’m coming to town this week as part of the official “American Me” tour! 4 shows in 4 days. Friday thru Monday. Upstate and NYC. Pretty excited as it’s been a while since my last visit. I’ll be playing special solo acoustic versions of songs off my debut album “American Me“, as well as playing with special guests Alfa and Cynthia Lin on certain dates.
